The Cambridge Audio Edge W is the power amplifier of the acclaimed Edge series, the British manufacturer's flagship. Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Edge NQ preamplifier, the Edge W features Cambridge Audio's exclusive Class XA technology, which combines the best of Class A amplification (finesse and warmth) with the efficiency of Class AB.

With 200W per channel into 8 ohms and true dual-mono construction, the Edge W offers absolute control over any speaker. Each channel has its own 1,000 VA toroidal transformer and an output stage with 16 high-current bipolar transistors, guaranteeing effortless power delivery.

The symmetrical design and mirror-image component layout minimise electromagnetic interference, while the rigid chassis with decoupled feet eliminates mechanical resonances.
