KEF LS60 Wireless (pair)

The LS60 Wireless is the slimmest floorstanding loudspeaker KEF has ever built: a fully active three-way system barely wider than a sheet of A4, designed together with Michael Young. Inside each cabinet there are three separate amplification stages adding up to 1400 W, so the speaker drives itself and only needs a socket and the network.

The driver array combines a 0.75-inch Uni-Q tweeter with MAT, a 4-inch Uni-Q midrange and four Uni-Core force-cancelling 5.25-inch woofers, a configuration that delivers deep, controlled bass from a very narrow column. The result is 26 Hz to 36 kHz of usable response with the imaging that Uni-Q is known for.

On the connectivity side it covers practically everything: HDMI eARC for the television, optical and coaxial inputs, analogue RCA, USB-A, two RJ45 sockets and a subwoofer output, plus AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Roon Ready, UPnP and Bluetooth aptX. A complete high-fidelity system with no visible electronics and no extra boxes.
